The app will not install.
Search “PaisaWalla” on the Play Store, or use the install button on this page. If it still fails, check you have free storage and that the Play Store itself is up to date. If it is neither of those, write to us and say which phone you are on.
Can I use it in Telugu? In English?
Both, including both in the same sentence. You can also switch language in the app settings at any time.
Why does it ask for SMS permission?
To read bank transaction messages and work out where your money goes, so you never have to type an expense. It is read-only, it happens on your phone, and the app works without it — you just enter things yourself.
How do I delete my data?
Write to support@voxta.com and we will delete your account and your data. The detail is in the privacy policy.
I forgot my PIN.
Tap “Forgot PIN” on the PIN screen and an OTP goes to your registered number. If that does not arrive, write to us.
Do you sell funds? Do you earn commission?
No, and no. PaisaWalla sells nothing and takes no commission on anything you invest in — see Trust & Safety.
